Content & copy
We write your website copy based on the discovery. All headings, body copy, and calls to action are crafted to speak to your target customers - not at them. Two rounds of revisions to get it right.
Design & build
Your site is designed and built on a private development URL. You see the complete site before it goes live. Design revisions are included - you won't be launching something you're not happy with.
Launch & handover
We migrate to your live domain, configure email, submit your sitemap to Google, and walk you through the WordPress admin so you can manage your own site. Hosting, backups, and monitoring start from day one.

How much does a business website design cost?
Our fixed-price packages start from $1,899 for the Website Only (if you already have a logo) and $4,999 for the New Business Website which includes a custom logo, brand style guide, and business card. Both prices are fixed, GST inclusive, and include copywriting, 12 months of Australian hosting, and ongoing support. Website rebuilds for businesses with an existing site are quoted individually after a free consultation.
How long does it take to design and build a business website?
Most business websites are live within 4 to 6 weeks from the initial consultation. The timeline depends on how quickly you can provide photos, any existing brand assets, and feedback during the revision stages. Larger projects or those with custom functionality may take longer - we'll give you a realistic timeline during the discovery phase.
Will my website appear in Google search results?
Every website we build is optimised for search from day one - structured headings, clean URLs, meta descriptions, proper schema markup, and a sitemap submitted to Google at launch. We also advise on keyword strategy based on how your target customers actually search. That said, SEO takes time and organic results depend on competition in your industry. If you need immediate visibility, we also manage Google Ads campaigns.
Can I update the website myself after it's built?
Yes. Most business websites we build use WordPress, which is designed for non-technical users. We walk you through the admin at handover so you can update page content, add blog posts, and upload images without needing a developer. For projects with custom requirements we may recommend a different approach - we'll always explain the options. For larger changes after launch, we're available on an hourly basis.
Do you write the content, or do I need to provide it?
We write all the copy for your website - headlines, page text, calls to action, and meta descriptions. Copywriting is included in both fixed-price packages. We start with a discovery conversation to understand your business, then we write copy that speaks directly to your customers. You review and approve it before the design starts. Most clients find this the biggest advantage of working with us: no blank-page paralysis trying to write their own website.
What happens after the 12 months of hosting is up?
Hosting renews annually at $404/year. This covers Australian server hosting, daily backups, security monitoring, SSL certificate renewal, and WordPress core and plugin updates. If you ever want to move to a different host, you own your website outright and we'll help you migrate it. No lock-in.
