Ageing by Design is a boutique consultancy established by lawyers Anna Cameron and Stephanie Reeves with the aim of assisting families navigate the ageing process.
We pride ourselves on our technical excellence in relation to all legal issues impacting the elderly. Our aim is to ensure that our clients are provided with a highly personalised and comprehensive service which meets their individual needs during what can be a particularly challenging time in life.
Our services include the provision of advice regarding accommodation options (and associated costs) for people as they age, and relevant contract review. In addition Ageing by Design has specialist expertise in estate planning, the establishment of family trusts, the preparation of wills (including provision for testamentary trusts) and delegated decision making documentation (eg enduring powers of attorney and guardianship arrangements).
